Amazing scenic views throughout the area.
I was disappointed with the temperature of the swimming pool. It was quite cold. The wellness area also had issues, as the outdoor jacuzzi was not as warm as expected. The staff should provide clearer information about the access via funicular, the only means to reach the hotel, as this caused unnecessary confusion upon arrival.

All excellent! From Zurich we take a direct train to Shwyz, next to the station a bus (N degrees1) to the funicular. We went up to Stoos on the new funicular - recommended, as the "cable car" from Morschach goes to the front of the hotel (which is the other way up to Stoos), it took us 1 hour and a half the whole trip, which if you do it in the daytime the view is very nice. The hotel offers transportation to and from the funicular. Arrange in advance in case you don't have a way to call upon arrival. The hotel staff - reception, dining room and spa - are very friendly and willing to help, the facilities are clean and well-designed, the lobby with a very cozy wood stove. The room is clean, nice and comfortable. The view is a dream. At 5 minutes walking distance you can: rent ski equipment, climb the ski lifts to reach the top of the mountain, get to the ski school, drink Swiss beer and eat good local dishes. The prices are high, but according to the country.
One would expect to find in a 4 star hotel agreements and discounts for local attractions: ski rentals, ski slopes, restaurants, etc.

beautiful hotel with minor inconsistencies
The hotel boasts fine mountain views that enhanced the overall ambiance of my stay. The spa experience was superb, with multiple relaxation areas to unwind. The staff provided a warm welcome with thoughtful treats and wine.
The outdoor jacuzzi did not feel as warm as expected, affecting my relaxation time.

Very good service, the breakfast is delicious and great. Well-equipped and modern rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! It has best possible position in the nature...

The room was a drab disappointment, very different from the picture. I expected better from a hotel supposedly catering to luxury. And let's not forget the spa's disappointing closing time, which left me with no time to unwind. I almost gave a better review, but the lack of a welcome gift was just too much. What was I thinking?

The location is great - car free village with beautiful landscapes. The hotel has its own great spa and you can see in the jacuzzi and admire the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast with plenty of choice.
We went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and the service was extremely slow. We waited 10min just to get the menu and it was difficult to catch waiter's attention. The food was tasty but small portions.

Free parking, lovely location, tasty dinner in the restaurant, fast check-in/out, cosy budget room.
Housekeeping entered our room without knocking on the door first. Extremely slow service in the restaurant during dinner time, we had to wait an hour for our starter! Not enough lockers in the changing room in wellness area. Disturbing view on naked people using sauna facilities in swimmwear free zone while sitting in the garden or using outdoor jacuzzi.
